www.captainsticker.com is an internet service that allows you to purchace products through our online webshop. If you make a purchase form the online shop www.captainsticker.com you agree to our terms and conditions.
Requested product price and shipping costs are charged when ordering the product. you may purchase products form our Online Shop Captainsticker.com through following services: Klarna of PayPal. It is your responsibility to be aware of the international service charges that your credit card issuer may charge. We do not offer a receipt for these fees, nor will we refund any payed custom or tax fees. When placing an order, you agree that any and all information you give us is accurate and complete. If your order cannot be processed, you will receive an email from us telling you the reason why and our proposed solution.
Our delivery time to Europe is estimated at approximately 10 business days. Business days do not include weekends. Shipping transit times vary, and Captainsticker.com assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather of any damages resulting from failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in service, the breakdown of equipment etc. All mailing delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Delivery and Shipping Charges
Our delivery (shipping) charges include postal services and packing. You can check delivery charges after selecting payment and delivery methods and choices. We deliver your order by mail and larger orders with third party shipping company.
Returns and Refunds
Because all our products are custom made and printed according your request (when you place your order) they are not eligible for a refund or returns.
Defective or Damaged Products and Problems with Shipping
If your purchase is any way defective, damaged or does not correspond to the ordered item (e.g. different material), please contact us as soon as possible with your proof of purchase firstname.lastname@example.org. Contact us also with no delay if your order is lost during shipping. Take notice: We offer (for an additional fee), and highly recommend purchase of order tracking service in order to track and guarantee successful delivery of purchased items. When using free delivery service by mail without order tracking service captainsticker.com ‘s responsibility is limited to preparing your mailing and completing delivery to Postal Services.
Reclamation about damaged of false product delivery needs to be made within 14 days from delivery of product. If package has been damaged during delivery reclamation needs to be made immediately to the shipping company.
The dilvered product is not deemed faulty if any of the following cases:
a) if delivered product follows approved digital proof, but proof contains errors (such as typos) that the customer has approved.
b) if the delivered product slighty differs in color, compared to accepted printed proof. Note that digital proofing required a calibrated monitor.
c) if the delivered product has slight imperfections compared to accepted proof, but the imperfection cannot be deemed as the prdocers fault due to technicaö limitations.
d) at most 0,5 % of delivered units are of lesser quality due to print imperfections, and at most 0,5 % of delivered units are of lesser quality due to finishing such as laminate imperfections.
